For reporting in measures of the Forum please send your brief outlines and full text of your report as well as PowerPoint presentation, to the Organization Committee of the Forum via e-mail.
Brief outlines sending deadline is October 15, 2011.
Full reports and presentations sending deadline is November 1, 2011.

We recommend that first of all you send us the filled Application form containing the theme or the title of your report. Then in terms proposed send us your brief outlines, full text of your report and PowerPoint presentation.

Financial conditions:

Participation in the Forum is free of charge.

Organizers of the Forum will provide all participants with:

• materials of the Forum;
• technical support of Forum events;
• Kherson hotels booking according to the participants’ preliminary requests;
• visa support for the foreign participants of the Forum;
• publishing of the Forum outcome documents, including participants’ brief outlines.
